Ankita Hansal is a photographer and blogger. She is originally from Mumbai, India, and moved to New York in 2007. She now resides in the New York City area and works as a freelance photographer and blogger for various publications. Ankita focuses on using photography as a means to document social issues and injustices across the globe. Her photographs have been exhibited at galleries and film festivals worldwide, including the Galaxy Film Festival in New York City, the Photography Masters Cup in India and the Emerging Filmmakers Festival in Los Angeles.
